Pros +
- Room size. Location. Nice restaurants nearby.
- Helpful and kind staff, nice location right next to the station, good value for money.
- What a lovely surprise. Had gone nearby to inspect a house for a friend in the UK. Had intended to return to Tokyo. But got tired and decided to stay overnight. Found the hotel online only 8600 with breakfast. Excellent from start to finish. Warm welcome Relatively large single spotless room with excellent lighting and well thought out plugs coffee and tea. In addition to the room amenities there was shampoo bar in the labour with 40 kinds of premium shampoos with little containers to take them to your room. Innovative. Breakfast aJapanese Bento set which was very nice with lots of great coffee. Staff were very helpful with directions to restaurants. Such a nice stay.
Cons -
- 6pm check-in! As a traveller, this is very awkward .I was also told that hotel policy was to be back in the hotel by 10pm. What if someone was in Sendai centre and were tied to getting back at 10. Not good. The positive points are let down by these negative points, in my opinion.
- Would have liked some extra pillows The bed cover slides off the bed while you are sleeping woke me up when I got cold
- Not much choices of restaurants and no convenience stores near by!

The staff spoke english and were very friendly. Very quiet place. My window view of the mountains and houses was like a painting. Went up to the shrine about a minute away from the hotel and the staff there were also very friendly. They even gave me free food
We loved having a fridge and electric kettle. Our room was big enough for our needs. We had a fabulous view from our room across to the station and the hills beyond. The location directly across the road from the station was brilliant.
